In today’s video, I take you inside another full kickboxing sparring day here in Thailand at PCHAI Gym, where I train alongside high-level fighters every single day. I sparred several rounds with my teammates — most of them amateur or semi-professional MMA fighters, as well as high-level kickboxers — and I’m sharing one of those rounds with you. One of the rounds I’m uploading today is my technical kickboxing sparring with Mohammed Boutasaa — the Dutch-Moroccan striking talent who has competed in ONE Championship, K-1, and who became Enfusion champion earlier in his career. Getting the chance to share the mat and spar with someone of his level is an absolute blessing, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn from world-class fighters like him.
