It's a beginner friendly tutorial that will help you get your Phuthu right on your first attempt. I filmed a Phuthu video a few years ago, and I thought I should make an updated tutorial with clearer instructions. The key to getting it right is by adding more maize meal than water. You don't ,however, want to add too much maize meal, because the phuthu pap will be dry. You want to retain enough moisture so it's fluffly and soft.
