Yes, Epic Games recently demoted all Unreal Players to Elite, in a new update to the mode, some believe to be Ranked 2.0 (me Ranked 1.5). In this new update, new ranks were added in Eite and Champion, alluding to it being to hit the top rank. However, a challenge stands in the way of mobile players: the Turbo Build Bug. In other words, due to Epic enabling the new dynamic quickbar for most modes, turbo build randomly stops working, making having fast and consistent mechanics harder.
