Diamante’s aggressiveness keeps her one step ahead of Rocky early picking on her ankle with a couple of nice takedowns. A big corner splash sets up a signature strike but too much showmanship comes back to haunt the aggressor as no one is home for the hard landing. It looks like the beginning of the end only referee Kiera Hogan has her own agenda and one girl goes from the verge of victory to eating a DDT not that the other is any happier about the situation. Poor refereeing, unwanted help and crossed signals lead to a chaotic climax that almost doesn’t even happen thanks to a reluctant ref. Sufficed to say by the end of this one there is no nice girl though post-match frustrations are taken out and someone most assuredly finishes last!
