It’s power vs power in this classic submission match. Diane takes Candi to the mat at the opening bell, applying a Hammerlock and Side Headlock. Candi escapes, straddles Diane and starts choking her. Candi clubs her over the head, and takes her over in a Snapmare before locking on a Rear Naked Chokehold. Diane powers her way out and traps Candi in a Surfboard, then a Camel Clutch. A flurry of punches and knees wears down Candi, who then finds herself back in a Surfboard followed by a Boston Crab. Releasing the hold, Diane kicks Candi while she’s down, then places a foot on her throat on the mat. Candi manages to escape a Sleeperhold, but Diane reaches into her bag of tricks and pulls out an old favorite submission hold that forces Candi to tap out.
