Lance Tolstedt is a highly accomplished former competitive wrestler from Nebraska who was inducted into the Nebraska Scholastic Wrestling Coaches Association (NSWCA) Hall of Fame in June 2020. Recognized primarily for his dominant run as a heavyweight competitor, he is considered one of the state's most standout heavyweights from the late 1990s and early 2000s. Career Highlights & AccomplishmentsHigh School Dominance: Competing for Kearney High School, Tolstedt was a two-time heavyweight state champion.Winning Streak: He put together an incredible 64-match winning streak during his prep career. Dave Schultz Award: He was honored with the prestigious Dave Schultz Award, given to the top high school wrestler in the state of Nebraska.
