Subscribe for more videos! This is the first trophy award ceremony video. Fortunately it was after the competition so I could film it, but sadly some wrestlers already left because of the drive back home, so not everyone is present. The man who awards the trophies and stands beside the 82kg winners is Ilmar Taluste, who has organized this tournament for many years and just recently turned 85! :) Avo Talpas (1946-1979) was one of the best greco-roman wrestlers in Estonia and was destined to win at least a medal at 1980 Olympic games, but sadly died because of sudden disease. This prestigious tournament was held in the same old house where he trained over 50 years ago. Every year special trophies are awarded at Talpas weight category of 82 kilograms. #wrestlingchampion #wrestlingwinner #awardceremony
