Ingredients: Salmon Peel and deveined shrimp (I use 13/15 count per pound) 1 pound of fettuccine pasta 1 bunch spinach 1 8oz package cream cheese (softened) 3 slices of bacon chopped up 1.5 cups Parmesan cheese (Freshly grate yourself if you can!) 1.5 cups asiago cheese (Freshly grate yourself if you can!) 1 quart half and half 4 oz butter (I prefer Kerry gold) Grapeseed oil (to coat the salmon) Seasonings used: Old bay Badia complete Garlic powder Onion powder Black pepper Smoked paprika Season shrimp and salmon to your liking. I used about a teaspoon of each on both the salmon and shrimp.
