Ingredients: 5 pounds clean chicken legs Zatarains Cajun Creole Butter 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon smoked paprika 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon 1 teaspoon seasoned salt 4 eggs ½ cup whole milk Batter: 3 Cups Flour 1 Cup rice flour 2 tablespoons garlic powder 2 tablespoons onion powder 2 tablespoons smoked paprika 1 tablespoon sazon Make sure to get your oil to 350 before dropping the chicken legs. Do not crowd them. After first batch is done, let oil heat back up to 350 before dropping second batch.
