This delicious Coconut Tres Leches Cake is a favorite recipe from my new book and I'm so excited to share it with a special visitor! My friend Rick Martinez came for a visit and helped me whip up this easy cake and give me a preview of his amazing new book Salsa Daddy! Tres Leches is a beautiful airy cake soaked with a perfectly sweet mixture of milks and topped with whipped cream. My version has coconut flavor throughout and a sectret ingredient for some extra flavor. PREORDER Rick's Book: https://a.co/d/dD6vYaj ORDER MY NEW BOOK!
