Vince McMahon is at Raw tonight, he goes on a mission to get Foley his resignation papers, but will Foley sign them? Starrcade 2000 is nearly upon us and Scott Steiner wants to get his hands on Sid Vicious. CEO Ric Flair has ordered both guys not to get physical during tonight's episode of Nitro, but Steiner doesn't take orders too well.
