Though it must be added that each of these women have their fair share of both qualities. As you would expect this is an intensely competitive match focus heavily on grappling techniques. Armbars and legbars are applied, countered and reversed as both wrestlers seek a winning submission. And whilst the action is predominantly grappling based, Rachel is not above falling back on a few pro tricks to turn the tide her way. After a grueling back and forth battle, one wrestler is able to convert an armbar attempt into a Triangle Choke and it's all over. The loser is left to catch her breath and recover as the winner declares herself the 'submission magician'!
