Learn how to perform the classic left horizontal elbow strike that is designed to target your opponent's chin. In this video you will see a demonstration of the left horizontal elbow from a number of angles. The key to the left horizontal elbow is to rotate your hips and turn your pivot foot. This is a similar motion as the left hook as your power will come from the twist and rotation of your hip.
