This is a podcast dealing with all areas of mental health from a variety of perspective and different guests, from Tiktok stars with millions of followers & popular Twitch streamer to peer based support officer, former military & many more. Originally created as a student project for a mental health society within a university (season 1), it has now become an independent podcast (season 2 onwards).
