INGREDIENTS 3 llb ( 1.362 Kg )Beef chuck, cut into 6 pieces Salt and Pepper 2Tbs Vegetable oil 1Large Onion, peeled and diced 10 Garlic cloves, peeled 1 Tbs Ginger, minced 2 Small can Tomatoes ( 30 oz ) 4 Medium carrots, peeled and diced 1 Tsp Italian seasoning 1 Tsp Oregano, dry 1/2 Tsp Red pepper flakes 2 Tbs Balsamic 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce 4 c water or beef stock, as needed 2 Scallions chopped for garnish
