Leva’s signature ref goggles are the subject of a pre-match debate as neither wants to be on the receiving end of anything she misses but both are likely to exploit them at every opportunity. But for all the pre-match drama the opening stages are quite technical with Lacey targeting Allysin’s arm and the latter continuing to find ways out of holds if only temporarily. But it isn’t long before shortcuts are taken with both all too quick to accuse the other of cheating and actual cheating often involving chokes to keep the other quiet. Lacey’s experience continues to serve her well as she seems more adept at out cheating Allysin but also outmaneuvering her with regards to the ref. But her ego does prove problematic as a request for the ref goggles to be donned gives Kay all the warning she needs that the corner is the last place she wants to be and Lacey takes a nasty spill. Allysin is a quick study and when Lacey accuses her of pulling hair when she isn’t she obliges wrapping it around her throat giving everyone’s ear drums a much needed break. From there on all bets are off as both ladies play as dirty as they can to get any advantage until a guillotine choke finally lowers the boom on one wrestler.
