Children will be involved in activities enhancing running strides between two zones, and practising throwing two-handed from a step approach.

In this lesson, we will explore traditional Greek dance. We will learn a movement pattern and then get creative by making our own movements. Please note this lesson will require some physical exercise and additional equipment, beyond a pen, pencil or paper.
