While on vacation in Thailand last week, I paid a visit to Muscle Factory in Bangkok to train with the local team there. Little did I know, Thailand's #1 arm wrestler, Guy Tanapat, would also fly 1.5 hours all the way from northern Thailand to attend this practice as well.
