Big Time Wrestling was still building its foundation in Massachusetts — running shows at the Webster Town Hall — when a recognizable name arrived and went straight for the top. From late 2008 into early 2009, Justin Credible targets BTW Champion John Walters, while John Cena Sr. pulls strings, “special enforcers” show their true colors, and the violence escalates month by month. It all leads to one defining night: March 2009, when Ric Flair steps in as special guest referee… and the BTW Championship changes hands.
