This book will give you an interesting perspective. However it is a false Gospel that removes the cross of Jesus Christ and replaced it with universal “Truth”. If you are not a Christian this book maybes helpful practically, but ultimately it is The Lord who is our helper and not the “Divinity of ourselves”. No disrespect is intentioned, it’s just for me, I had to filter out what did not align with the word of God. Basically, take the meat and spit out the bones with this book.
This book has some very useful information that helps the reader establish a new perspective.The message is simple so that a person can take practicle steps that can be used day to day in order to initiate change.
I was curious why it was rated so high. Written for kindergarten level, I did not learn anything new.
Brainwash. Spirituality has become the new propaganda tool. I only need to cite this:"So you can be in a blissful state in hell." You are NOT meant to be blissful in hell! This is how you make slaves ok with being in hell or suffer

This book has been life changing for me...learning about how our mind processes life and how we can get ahead of the emotions And thoughts that can sometimes hold us back from loving ourselves first is wonderful ...I highly recommend this book

A few good ideas about how to run your life.Problem is, life isn't that simple.
This book was recommended by my boss. But I am not a depressed person searching for life's answers. If you are on the brink of suicide listen to this. If you want statements supported by evidence look else where. The author makes wild statements and doesn't back them up with anything.
This is a fairly good book; a condensed light version of tougher, less-accessible metaphysical stuff. It rambles a bit and tends to promise enlightment but overall it is efficient in the way that it keeps it simple and basic to four manageable principles of action. A remedial reader for those on the journey and an excellent intro for those thinking about it.
