Tiger Muay Thai fitness coaches Peter Forneck and Tommy Gräber are back with a partner bodyweight squat workout to fry your legs: "I GO YOU GO 10 rounds - 20 squats and wall sit. Both of you gonna do 10 rounds in total. You will squat while your partner is doing the wall sit. SQUAT FAST! Switch with your partner and repeat until you both accumulated 200 squats. You are only allowed to squat while your partner is holding the wall sit. Don't be weak! DO IT!"
