Coaches Robert, Rose and Chokchai teach a simple but very effective bodylock clinch takedown technique in the afternoon advanced level Muay Thai class here at TMT. Our Muay Thai classes run every Monday-Saturday at 8am and 3pm, and time is allotted to specifically work on technique in every session.
