It's Tuesday - time for our Little Nak Muay class! Little Tyoma and Matvey have been training with us since the gym started last October. Watching them as they keep their hands up in between strikes, moving to maintain striking distance from the instructors, and swinging their arms down in momentum to throw knees and kicks - it's pretty amazing to think that they are only 5 years old!😁👶🏼💪🏼💪🏼 www.NamsaknoiMuaythai.com
