Muay Thai has changed a lot of lives, however in one particular case with Ajay Malhan it has been a key element to getting him to a healthy lifestyle. Malhan is one of Tiger’s most impressive success stories. Before training at Tiger Muay Thai, he spent one month meditating with a Buddhist monk to help prepare his mind for his impending life transformation. Once his training began in 2009, he quickly dropped the excess weight, going from 129 KGs to 72 KGs in a matter of months. He’s kept that weight off for the last four years, and regularly returns to Phuket to train for enjoyment. To take his training one step further, Malhan, learned the skill of pad holding and training techniques of the martial art that has changed his life, Muay Thai. Malhan has wrote his own book, Power of Ferocity, about his experiences and his inspiring weight loss journey.
