This is how to make easy sweet & Sour Chinese sauce for beginners Ingredients FOR CHICKEN: 1/2 kilo chicken breast or thigh 1/2 tspn salt or to taste 1 Tspn Seasoning powder 1 tspn white/black pepper 1 tspn paprika powder 2 eggs 2 tbspn corn cornflour 2-3 tbspn all purpose flour 1 tbspn baking powder FOR SAUCE: 1/4 cup ketchup 1-2 tbspn dark soy sauce 1/2 cup white vinegar or lemon juice 2-3 tbsp honey or white sugar 1/2 cup pineapple juice 1 pinch red food colour (optional) 2 tbspn cornflour FOR THE STIR FRY: 3-4 tbsp vegetable oil 1 medium size Onions 1 tbspn ginger/garlic paste 1 chopped red, green, yellow bell peppers 1 tbsp black pepper 1/2 tspn salt (to taste) 2 tbspn sesame oil (if you have) You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.
