Learn an effective defense against knee strikes with Muay Thai legend Sam-A. In this video Sam-A demonstrates one of the many effective ways to avoid getting hit with a knee strike. This is an extremely effective technique because the footwork takes you out of the path of your opponent's knee. The parrying action in the drill is good because it will throw your opponent off balance, giving you time to counter strike. Sam-A has been one of my favorite fighters since I started watching Muay Thai and it was a pleasure to work with him in this video.
