I've trained beginners in Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA right up to working and training with fighters that have won UFC titles (such as Leon Edwards and Israel Adesanya). I've seen students hit pads for years on end with little improvement and then others practice on the bag, on their own, and perfect techniques like roundhouse kicks in just a few short months.
