This pad round focuses solely on elbows and Punches from the Southpaw position. Kaeng holds a freestyle of pads that allows me to throw multiple elbow techniques that focus on hand trapping and feints to land the strikes. Notice how Kaeng flows and keeps on moving forward, which allows me to throw counter elbows. He is an excellent pad holder at Sinbi Muay Thai.
