Leandro Guilheiro is a retired Brazilian judoka who competed in the -73 and -81 kg weight categories. Guilheiro is a 2-time Olympic bronze medalist, 1-time World silver and bronze medalist. He is the first Brazilian judoka to win medals at two consecutive Olympic Games.
