Most people know how to attack. You have all these attack combinations that you practice and plan to do in sparring and fights. But do you plan for what happens if you get hit after you land that power kick? Do you practice that part? If you cannot defend effectively, no matter how hard you can hit, it will be pointless if you cannot neutralize your opponent's counterattack. You guys know I'm always harping a lot about defence. Here's 2 drills we work on in trainings to help make defence become second nature after every kick!
