Ingriedients Rack of ribs 1 cup of brown sugar 1 Tablespoon smoked paprika 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt Grapeseed oil Your favorite BBQ Sauce Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mixed seasonings in a bowl and set aside. Wash ribs, peel the membrane off the ribs and any unnecessary fat. (I cut the tips off just to make it aesthetically pleasing but u can leave it on.) Coat ribs in grapeseed oil, front and back. Rub (or pat) seasonings on ribs. Completely cover ribs in aluminum foil and put ribs in oven for 2.5 hours on 300. Take ribs out, coat with your favorite BBQ sauce and broil for 1 min. Take out and enjoy.
