ARC Raiders just pushed a new update following Riven Tides addition. While there are a lot of cool things like a new trader (nomadic envoys) and updates to crafting and weapon durability, the new rocket launcher (Rascal) is proving impossible to find for a lot of raiders...including myself. So here's a bit of a guide on how best to do it, along with some interesting information on the blueprint. hope you guys have better luck than I did.
