A client weighed 113kg plus and started his journey with me in June 2020, fed up of his weight he followed instructions clearly and effectively. He worked hard for 6 months and managed to drop down to 100kg. Fat % is down and muscle development % increased as well as confidence, stamina, endurance, strength and agility. We had him on a programme of strength training (bodybuilding) and Crossfit and boxing for cardio. He is not at the end goal and has understood the importance of this being a lifestyle change and not a short term goal.
