Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp, Phuket, Thailand trainers 4-time Lumpinee Champion Master Goi, Kru Kay, and Kru Phet demonstrate Muay Thai boxing technique: Block kick and respond with punch or kick. 1. Opponent attacks with Muay Thai kick. 2. Block with same side leg. Mke sure create straight line between forearm, elbow into top of knee, foot pointed down creating straight line blocking position. 3. Attackers kick is blocked. 4.
