This analysis originally was just about Boxpan's awesome self-defense test, but then as I started analyzing, I started pulling in more case studies from the martial arts channels that I love. Quickly, this commentary evolved into something more in-depth. I got to feature two more case studies that I've wanted to feature for a while.
