Its the ultimate game of footwork, upperbody movement, slipping the punches, accuracy, timing, combinations, understanding the distance, hand eye coordination and much more! And the punching itself can be quite complicated too, with many different kind of punches, angles that they can be thrown from and different timings possible. All this is far from simple. Boxing at its best is not only entertaining - but beautiful as well. This video is a tribute to the technique, speed, heart, combinations, footwork and movement. This is Boxing.
