Coaching in our Muay Boran class, traditional Thai martial arts master Kru Oh teaches "sok tat" (horizontal elbow) offense and defense ⚔️ Muay Boran (translated into English as “ancient boxing”) is the term used to encompass the various styles of Thai martial arts before they were modernized in the early 20th century with the introduction of rules, western boxing rings and equipment. Muay boran utilizes all kinds of striking attacks as well as joint locks, throws and even ground grappling. Kru Oh is a master of many styles traditional Thai martial arts, and you can come learn from him in our Muay Boran classes every Tuesday and Thursday at 12pm, and Krabi Krabong (sword fighting) classes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12pm.
