Special referee Nikki Storm announces Mia Yim, but has some trouble pronouncing Tomoka Nakagawa's name, instead opting to just call the Japanese superstar 'Tomoka' for the rest of the match. The initial chain wrestling exchange quickly evolves into a test of strength that Tomoka gets the better of. In this true seesaw match-up, lots of submission holds are traded but neither grappler is able to build any sustained momentum. After exchanging Ceiling Holds, Tomoka scores with a Snapmare and a Dropkick before Mia lands a Bodyslam and hooks a Boston Crab.
