When you match up two wrestlers who are skilled, experienced, and not afraid to bend or break a rule when they have an opportunity, you get a hard-fought battle such as this 1 fall match-up. Lorelei and Rain trade off armbars to begin the match. The Radiant One then proceeds to Snapmare and toss Lorelei across the ring, assisted both times by a handful of hair. With Lorelei grounded, Rain unleashes numerous kicks, stomps and kneedrops. She also works over Lorelei in the corner with kicks, forearms and, just for good measure, numerous rope and foot chokes, including standing on Lorelei’s throat while she’s on the bottom turnbuckle. Seemingly out of it, Lorelei’s fortunes turn when she hits Rain with a sitout face slam to the mat, then whips Rain off the ropes and delivers a back-rattling Sidewalk Slam. A Suplex later and Rain is ripe for Lorelei to lock her into an over-the-shoulder Backbreaker torture rack. Lorelei then traps Rain in a Bearhug and slams her into the turnbuckles. The tides will turn again later in the match via a Rain-delivered eye poke. The Radiant One then brings Lorelei down with a pair of Neckbreakers. Back and forth they go, until one grappler manages to hit a swinging reverse DDT to earn the pinfall.
