INGREDIENT Chicken and potato pottage: 12-14 pieces chicken wings marinate with: ½ tspn Salt 1 Tspn Seasoning Powder 1/2 tspn Seasoning Powder (Knorr Chicken or Chicken Flavour) 1/2 tspn Paprika 1/2 tspn Garlic powder 1/2 tspn Ginger Powder 1/2 tspn Onion powder 1/2 tspn Chilli Pepper 1/2 tspn thyme stir fry with 2 tbspn vegetable oil for 15 minutes & add 6-8 small size Irish potatoes 2 & 1/2 cup of water Extra 1/2 teaspoon salt For the vegetable stir fry: 1 tbspn groundnut oil 1 tbspn butter 4-5 cloves of garlic(minced) 3 scotch bonnet pepper(chopped) 1 medium size onion (chopped) 3 carrots (Chopped) 1 green bell pepper 1 red bell pepper season vegetable stir fry 1/2 tspn salt, 1/2 tspn chicken bouillon for the slurry, mix together 1 tablespoon of cornstarch 1/4 cup water If you have any question or need Clarifications on anything, Pls Ask!!
