Well, then this video will definitely help. I have been coaching students for well over a decade now and the students that progressed the quickest were the ones that knew how to practice deliberately. I've trained beginners in Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA right up to working and training with fighters that have won UFC titles (such as Leon Edwards and Israel Adesanya). I've seen students hit pads for years on end with little improvement and then others practice on the bag, on their own, and perfect techniques like roundhouse kicks in just a few short months. I have a lot of data to look back on when it comes to training people from all walks of life, abilities, and body types! In this video I detail a few of my training methods and how I structure progression with my students. I detail the steps I take to get them from a beginner to fighter. #training #muaythai #kickboxing #mma #howtofight
