This is a move that is very powerful but depends on your and your opponent’s body types. The transition to the armbar was greatly helped by the fact that Green’s head was lower than her hip leaving her arms to dangle in Red’s guard. Nice work by Green getting out of that. Red did not use her leg that was over Green’s head effectively .
