Both fighters took the fight on short notice with Blacklock excepting the fight on the night as Dorian's original opponent had to pull out. Although Dorian clearly dominated the striking game Mike utilized his significant weight and size advantage to win the fight via takedowns from the clinch. Dorian Price usually fights at 74 kg's but excepted the fight against the much larger fighter who walsk around at 90+ kilos. This fight took place @ Patong Thai Boxing Stadium on July 7th, 2011.
