These boxing drills are designed to build some pre-set sequences for counter punching. There are 9 drills across 3 rounds: ROUND 1 JAB - LAYBACK - JAB JAB - LAYBACK - ONE TWO JAB - SLIP IN - JAB JAB - SLIP OUT - BACKHAND ROUND 2 JAB - BH BLOCK - 3 STRAIGHT FEINT - LH BLOCK - 3 STRAIGHT JAB - DOUBLE ARM -3 STRAIGHT ROUND 3 BLOCK LEFT SIDE - RIGHT HOOK BODY - RIGHT UPPER HEAD BLOCK RIGHT SIDE - LEFT HOOK BODY - LEFT UPPER HEAD Each round is 2 minutes in duration and you can take a 30 second rest in between each round. You can do this boxing drills at any time, no need to be in the throes of full gym session...any time you have a spare 7 minutes you can work to build your counter punching expertise!
