Bobby Lashley has defeated Drew McIntyre and is still your WWE Champion! WrestleMania 37 saw the All-Mighty Bobby Lashley defend his WWE Title against Scotland's number 1 wrestler with help from MVP at ringside. McIntyre won the 2020 Royal Rumble and faced off against Brock Lesnar in the main event of WrestleMania 36, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the show went ahead with no fans. This meant that Drew won the title in an empty arena, missing out on his big moment of winning his first WWE Title to a huge pop from the fans. WrestleMania 36 was the first major WWE PPV to be held in front of no fans, while WrestleMania 37 was the first to be held with fans in attendance since the outbreak. It felt only fitting that Drew would once again win the title back in front of the crowd. but Big Bobby had other ideas.
