Continuing with the subject of the previous episode, when you feel betrayed, you feel broken on the inside. Like a glass that shatters on the floor or an electric wire that burned out the light, for the longest time you feel as if everything you’ve been through was all for nothing, and you are left alone in the dark with regrets and trauma. But in that darkness, a light can be found. Most importantly, there is a difference between "feeling broken" and "being broken" for both the victim of betrayal and the one who committed it.
