This simple recipe of white beans and butter beans curry is quick to make , comforting and delicious. INGREDIENTS 1 Small can white beans ( Cannellini ) 1 Small can Butter beans 1/2 Cup White onions, diced small 1/2 Cup Carrots ,diced small 1 Cup Bell peppers mixed colors, diced small 1 Tbs Curry powder 1 Tbs Garlic ginger paste 1 Jalapeno, deseeded and chopped 1 Tsp Tomato paste (optional) 2 Ripe tomatoes, diced small 2 Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size 2 Cups water or vegetable stock to cover 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce 1/2 Cup Cilantro to cook and garnish
