Dovetail Games actually made good on something the community have long asked for - The "Creators Club" Beta which allows players to create, upload and share skins and scenarios across PC and Consoles. While you could always create them, only now can you share them without some flimsy 3rd party app. There are rules and stipulations upon using the program so make sure you read the FAQ at the article linked below.
