Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp, Phuket, Thailand trainers 4-time Lumpinee Champion Master Goi, Kru Kay, Kru Phet demonstrate Muay Thai boxing techniques: Step 1: when opponent locks you up in the clinch with his/her forearms around your neck you take strongest arm and use that hand to push opponents face away from you, making sure the palm of your hand is covering their mouth and nose so as to restrict breathing and make them more likely to break the hold and also using your head and shoulder to trap opponents arm.
