Let's just say I finally decided to register myself on the IMDb just to let people out there know this movie was really, really boring. I knew it was based on the original Omen-movie, but I thought the story would be told from a different angle, seeing all those eerie images from the trailer: Damien being born, fast forward to the future, when the earth has succumbed to evil, man turned against man, lots of hell fire,... But nooooo... In fact, it was just a boring remake (duplicate) of the original. In the whole, it was not scary at all. OK, there were 4 - no, 2! - moments I was startled a bit. But come to think of it, that was just because of the accompanying sudden, deafening blasts of noise. (An analogy: a nice relaxing walk in the park, the birds are whistling, the sky is blue... and suddenly some brat jumps out behind a tree and scares the hell out of you) The movie itself was plain, boring, slow,... It's a miracle I didn't fell asleep. My 2 cents: just stay at home :)
